Our Circulation department would like to address some important issues regarding your subscription and mailing questions to help better serve you. We hope the information you find here is sufficient, for all unanswered questions please do feel free to contact us.

Missing issues

Al Jumuah Magazine is published monthly according to the Islamic Calendar. If your issue does not arrive by the third week of each Islamic month, let us know. We will either extend your subscription by an extra issue or replace the missing issue. Please have your subscription number (If available) and missing issue’s volume and issue number ready when you call.

Damaged issues

Please tell us which issue (Volume and issue number) was damaged. We will send you a replacement if supplies permit, or extend your subscription by one issue.

Duplicate Issues

If you are getting multiple copies every month even though you ordered only one copy, please notify us. Please have the both labels ready if available and give us the information on both labels when you call.

Back issues

Each back issue is £3.50 + pp, and prepayment is required for all back issues orders. If you would like to order the back issues of Al Jumuah, please call us to check the availability of the issues you would like to order. Customers who order big quantity will be able to receive discount.
