Dear subscribers:
It is important for us and for our readers to have correct and updated billing and shipping information on records. It will smooth the process of mailing your copy of the magazine on time and you will not get any interruption in the service.
We have been experiencing difficulty trying to reach some of our subscribers by the phone numbers we have on records. We encourage all of our subscribers to update their personal information and their contacts including emails.
How long will it take before I get my first issue?
Once payment is received your first issue will be mailed and should arrive within four to six weeks.
What do I do if I do not receive my magazine or get a damaged issue?

I paid my subscription, but I got another invoice/renewal?

I stopped receiving the magazine, why, who can I contact?

How much does a subscription cost?
For subscribers within the United Kingdom: a one-year subscription is £33.60; two-years is £63.00; and three-years is £75.60.
How many issues are published during the year?
We publish twelve times per year: (January to December).
Do you have a student rate?
Students with mailing addresses inside the United Kingdom can subscribe at a discounted price of £63 for three year. To qualify for this rate, students must send a copy of their current student I.D. card along with payment.
Do you have a free phone number?
In the United Kingdom our subscription department can be reached, free phone number at 0800 018 5868.
Buy a single copy/ back issue?

Will you sell or rent my name and address to another company?
Aljumuah Magazine does not sell or rent our mailing lists to list brokers.
Do you reprint any of your sold-out issues?
Aljumuah Magazine does not reprint any sold-out issues. However, paid subscribers are guaranteed that they'll receive every issue we publish.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, i.e. VISA, MasterCard, Switch, solo.
Do you send the magazine overseas?
Yes. In fact, Aljumuah Magazine has subscribers in many countries throughout the world. Issues are delivered to subscribers outside UK and Europe through other offices in the Gulf, America and Africa. |
